Four ways to put us to work

Every engagement runs on written terms, verified goods and schedules that hold. The difference is how much of the supply problem you hand over.

S.01

Volume Distribution

The core wholesale business

Continuous supply of catalogue lines at wholesale volume. We hold the supplier contracts and the commercial risk; you hold one purchase order and one point of contact per order cycle.

  • Contract pricing with stated validity
  • Scheduled and call-off deliveries
  • Credit terms for qualified accounts
  • Consolidated invoicing on request
S.02

Project Supply

Bill of quantities to handover

We take your bill of quantities and return a priced, scheduled supply plan across every range we carry: structure, MEP, fit-out, equipment and handover appliances. Deliveries are staged to your program, floor by floor if the site demands it.

  • Single counterparty across five ranges
  • Phase-aligned staged deliveries
  • Site coordination with your logistics
  • Attic stock and defect-period support
S.03

Commercial Intermediation

Agency and negotiation under mandate

For principals who want market access without building a procurement office. Under written mandate we locate suppliers, verify licences and quality, benchmark pricing, negotiate and close, then follow the contract to handover. Remuneration is the agreed fee, declared up front.

  • Supplier identification and verification
  • Price benchmarking across the market
  • Negotiation and closing under mandate
  • Inspection and contract follow-through
S.04

Sourcing and Import

Finding what the catalogue does not hold

Specification-driven sourcing for goods outside the standing catalogue, domestic or imported. We handle the search, the verification, the import documentation and the delivery, and we put our name on the result.

  • Specification matching and sample approval
  • Import documentation end to end
  • Quality inspection before dispatch
  • One-off or repeat supply conversion

What every service has in common

Always

Terms in writing

Pricing, dates, specifications and remedies agreed on paper before goods or money move.

Always

Verified goods

Specification checks before dispatch, documentation delivered with the load.

Always

Named accountability

A person with authority on every account. Problems get owners, not ticket numbers.

Always

Honest capacity

If we cannot meet a date or a price, you hear it before you commit, not after.
